UNISON Sussex Partnership Health Branch is the largest union in Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. We have over 2000 members working in mental health, learning disabilities and third sector organisations across Brighton & Hove, East and West Sussex and 300 retired members.
We are a campaigning branch representing members collectively day in, day out on issues such as health and safety and terms and conditions, in addition to supporting those with individual workplace issues.
We welcome new members and activists to our branch, believing we are stronger together. Whether you are providing direct clinical care or services that support these roles, we know that when you feel safe and supported at work you are more able to provide the best outcomes and experiences possible for patients, their carers, family and friends.
